KARAVASILEV International Training Center brings to an international audience the experience built over years of preparing olympiad medalists in Bulgaria. We offer personalized online training in physics and astronomy for ambitious students anywhere in the world — whether the goal is a competition, an olympiad, or simply a deeper understanding of science beyond the school curriculum.

WHO IS NIKOLA KARAVASILEV

Nikola Karavasilev is one of Bulgaria’s most successful and dedicated physics and astronomy teachers of the past decade.

  • 10+ years of experience preparing students for national and international competitions
  • Team leader for Bulgaria’s national teams at some of the world’s most prestigious science olympiads: the International Olympiad on Astronomy and Astrophysics (IOAA), the International Young Physicists’ Tournament (IYPT), the International Zhautykov Olympiad (IZhO), and the International Young Naturalists’ Tournament (IYNT)
  • 50+ appearances as team leader at international forums
  • His students have won over 100 medals at international competitions
  • Former teacher at some of Bulgaria’s most selective schools: First Private Mathematical High School, Sofia Mathematical High School „Paisii Hilendarski,“ and the National Natural Science and Mathematics High School „Acad. Lyubomir Chakalov“
